A whole home remodel is a different animal than a kitchen refresh. It means living systems, structural decisions, and a dozen trades that all have to land in the right order. The most expensive way to do it is with three separate companies pointing at each other. The best way is one contractor, one contract, and one standard of accountability from the first wall we open to the final walkthrough.

Who this is for

  • You just bought a solid house with a dated interior, and you want it opened up and made yours before or after you move in.
  • You love your neighborhood and your lot, but the house no longer fits the way your family lives.
  • Your home needs real work anyway (roofline, layout, systems), so you want to do it once, properly, instead of piecemeal for a decade.

What a whole home remodel includes

Scope is yours to set, and we will be honest about what is worth doing. A full project can carry all the way down to the studs: layout changes and load bearing walls removed, kitchens and bathrooms rebuilt, flooring throughout, electrical and plumbing brought up to code, insulation and drywall, doors, trim, and paint. Because Radiant holds a KB-1 Dual general building license, the structural side of your remodel is part of the plan, not an outsourced mystery.

How we run the project

  1. Scope and honest budget

We walk the house, listen to what you want, and tell you what it will really take. If part of your wish list is not worth the money, we will say so.

  2. Plans and permits

Design, engineering where needed, and permits pulled under our license so every inspection is on record.

  3. The build, communicated

One point of contact the whole way. When something unexpected shows up behind a wall, and in older Valley homes it usually does, you hear about it the same day with options and numbers.

  4. Punch list and handoff

We are not done when the dumpster leaves. We are done when you walk the house and cannot find anything left to fix.

We serve the whole Phoenix metro, with dedicated pages for Surprise, Glendale, and Buckeye. And before you hire us or anyone else, verify the license. Ours is ROC #367703.
